| Another FAC aircraft lost on this day was an O-2 (call sign Covey 61) that disappeared in southern Laos somewhere in the vicinity of Ban Gnang, near the Xé Banghrang River. No trace of the aircraft or its pilot was ever found. This aircraft used the radio call sign Covey which became specific to 20th TASS aircraft operating over Laos or North Vietnam from about this time. |
